Hi there, first of all:downgrade to 8.8.2 solves the Problem. I saw the Problem only on a fresh Installed Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 An existing Server didn´t had the Problem Maybe this helps to find the Bug. after looking at the same Issue in our Setup, i saw this Post
We use Advanced Installer 8.9
I think this is an Issue from this version.
We will no downgrade and try again...
