Hi Bogdan, Thanks for the reply. I am testing this starting from a snapshot of a fresh installed Window 7 64 bit virtual machine each time. During the installation of the 8.5 & 8.6 versions I constantly launch IE, to make sure it can see the homepage, then kill it. I keep doing this over and ove...

No internet access after install

Using 8.5 and 8.6 on a fairly simple install project, I lose internet access after the installation. Using 8.1.3 works fine. Using 8.5 & 8.6 the internet connection is lost right at the end of the installation process. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? I'm not a networking person bu...

I have a German customer using XP, and when he goes to run the installer i provided it does nothing except maybe a quick hourglass and that's it. I instructed him how to create a log file using the /L*V but it does not create a log file. So it's not even getting as far to run the windows installer. ...
