Sorry about that, the strings in the Modern theme are very new (with the 7.5 release) and we do not have translations for them just yet. We plan to add the missing translations in subsequent releases. In the meantime, you can indeed add your own translations if you can. If you are interested to help...

Have you tried the "Force REBOOT after install" option in the Project Settings > Install Parameters page?
