Windows\Temp added as a standard folder

Can you add the Temp folder in Windows Volume\Windows\ to the available system folders

I need to manipulate some permissions on it, when im setting up application pool users for IIS on windows 2003 server

Have you tried to create a folder with the same name in the project than specify the permissions desired?

yes it replaces permissions on it and this gave us some big problems...

what i need is the ability to Add a user to the permissions on a directory, not replace existing permission (this is what is happening now)

I believed you wanted to create your own folder. If you want to change folder permissions for an existing folder from the machine than you should use xcacls tool in a custom action.

Thanks Bogdan, this permission manipulation on existing folders should really be something that is present in the core of AI, can you add it to the improvements list
