Custom actions on windows server 2008

Hello,
I have a msi file in it's welcome dialog at button next I made a custom action to call certain function and it is working properly in my windows that is windows 7 but when I tried to setup my file on windows server 2008, the installtion ended due to an error, the error attached with the message.
please help me ASAP.

Hello,

Does this behavior manifest on all Windows Server 2008 (clean) machines or is it just the one? You could also try on clean machines with different OS to isolate the problem.
It could be a problem on that particular machine or maybe a custom action failing. The installation verbose log can reveal more details.
