Elevated Privileges to Run and Log

I recently received a new computer from work with Windows 7 Professional and have installed AdvancedInstaller v9.3. When I tried to Run and Log I got Win32 error 740 that said, "This action requires elevation". As far as I know, I am an administrator as well as a local administrator on the machine. Do you have any idea what specific permission I need to get this to work?

Run as Administrator fixes this problem
