Problem deploy Crystal Reports XI msm

Hi,

I have a problem in my installer using .msm files.

In a first version of my installer I included the Crystal Reports msm and it worked ok. In a second version (version 2) I included msm service pack 4. Using version 2 to install CR on a PC that already had CR installed with version 1 I get a registry errors associated with file cachemanager.dll and some others.

How can I solve this?

If these errors appear at install time, generate a verbose log using the command below and send it (together with the AIP file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com:
