Import MSI project issue

I am currently evaluating Advanced Installer. I am using the "Import MSI"
project type. After I import my existing MSI file I import a .reg file and
I also add two files to the Application Folder.

When I build the new msi and install it, neither my registry changes or
additional files are included in the msi. Does the evaluation version of the
product prevent this from happening?

The problem was that under the Organization section all of my new entries were under "Default Configuration" I moved them up to the application and everything worked ok.
