We have purchased the enterprise version of the software and are having difficulties packaging winzip 8.0 into an .msi file is there something im missing as i have tried quite alot of different approaches to packaging it.

Can you please give me more details about the difficulties you are encountering?
Please note that the Repackager tool captures only the effects of the installation (the changes made on the system). If the original installation package executes custom code (programs, scripts etc.) then only the effect will be captured (registry entries, files and folders etc.).
Also, this feature is intended to be used as a starting point for a project, not to reproduce an installation package. Usually, after repackaging an installation some additional resources and configurations are required.
