Write a property to INI file (6.1.1)

Hi Support,

I have a property in Install Parameters which is linked to a FolderDlg (like in browse for folder example) . After the user has selected the folder, I need to write it in my .INI file I've created under "Files and Folders".

How to do this ? (I didn't fi any example or sample in Forum and user's guide)

Thanks

Phil

Hi,

In order to write the value of a property in an INI file, you simply use the name of the property enclosed by brackets.

For example, when using the INI editor you can create new sections and entries. Each field used for this is formatted, therefore you can use properties in them.

You can read more about the INI editor here:
