the file cannot be found in cabinet file data1.cab

Has anybody seen this before?

2 developers created a patch using the exact same advanced installer version (6.3) and upgrade and target patches.
The one patch continuously fails with the above error. It is also about 2kb larger than the working patch.
Attached is a screenshot of the 2 applied patches in Orca, the top one is the one that breaks. The file it cannot find is 'Licensing.ClientServer.Datasets.dll'.

Pleases does anyone have any idea what may be causing this issue?

Hi Jason,

Usually this error is shown if two or more files have the same sequence. Can you please send us the AIPs of the target and upgraded packages to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?
