Prerequisite Wizard Fails to start on XP sp3 computer

I built an exe package with Advanced Installer version 5.x and it has been in production for a while. I just tried to run it on a windows XP machine running service pack 3 and my prerequisite wizard did not even run...it went straight into installing the main application files. I then took that EXACT same exe package to another machine with XP service pack 2 and the prerequisite wizard came up fine. I skimmed through buglist and didn't find this. Anyone else experienced this issue?

Re: Prerequisite Wizard Fails to start on XP sp3 computer

Hi,

The prerequisites wizard is shown only if prerequisites need to be installed. If the wizard was not shown on the XP SP3 machine, then that machine had the prerequisites installed when you launched the package. Please check the XP SP3 machine and see if it meets the install conditions you are using for the prerequisites.
