Double Entries for Uninstalling

I can't figure this out. All my packages lately have 2 entries in "Add or Remove Programs". I can only find 1 registry entry under local machine hive though. The first Icon in Add or Remove programs is named correctly and has the option to remove the program. The second entry is named differently and has the programs actual icon, but if I click it it has no option to uninstall. Am I missing some setting in or registry entry?

Re: Double Entries for Uninstalling

I found the key here

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\2B06531A2D2312F4E84EED018F1511BC]
"Assignment"=dword:00000001
"PackageCode"="05074FC754A03FD4E8C87DAEA7C2273D"
"AdvertiseFlags"=dword:00000184
"Language"=dword:00000409
"Version"=dword:0500001D
"Clients"=hex(7):3A,00,00
"InstanceType"=dword:00000000
"AuthorizedLUAApp"=dword:00000000
"ProductName"="OmniForm Filler 5.0"

I think normally the repackager filters this registry key, but there were some keys in there I needed. I never knew about this location showing in Control panel.
