Changing upgrade code in Advance installer

Good Day

My install was done using Wix installer. I have recently moved to Advanced Installer. Advanced Installer generates it's own upgrade code. This messes with my auto-upgrades as the upgrade codes dont match. Is the a way I can change my Advanced Installer upgrade code to the one that was used by wix?

Hi,

You can change the Upgrade code by following these steps:
- open the project file (.AIP) with a text editor
- find the "UpgradeCode" property
- change its value to the GUID you want
- save and close the file
