I have local IIS server and I am performing all the operations on that server,,
now I want to know what has to write into below lione ?

[AppDataFolder][Manufacturer]\[ProductName]\updates\

Hi,

The field you mentioned will contain the updates downloaded by the Updater. Therefore, you can set it to the folder in which you want to download the updates.
