"Installed Files" have vanished

Hi,

We have a project on AI 6.3.1 which has been fine for ages.

We have needed to edit it and create some new shortcuts to "Installed Files" but when we right-click (on the right pane) and select "New Shortcut to".."Installed File" there is nothing in the "Choose Installation File" dialog box. The actual box shows up but the contents are completely empty even though all our installed files are showing as usual under "Files and folders".

This applies to any shortcuts we try (but we can create them by clicking directly on the file name within Files and Folders.

I am sure the dialog box used to show the contents of the files installed and allow you to select one of them!?

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Did you check all folders in the "Choose Installation File" dialog to see if you can find a file? If the problem persists, please send us the AIP (project) file you are using to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate it.
