Cannot uninstall

i made an installer, installed it then now i can't remove it due to a custom action, is there a way that i can remove this, or clean it up, everytime i try to insta,, or uninstall it twll me windoes installer could not uninstall the package due to an error" then rolls back. i need a lilttle help please.

In order to remove a broken installation you can try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
