Dialog msg and exe appear behind the installation on Vista

Hi, I have an installation which have many custom actions (from DLLs) - displaying different message boxes and a custom action which executes binary. However on Windows Vista and 2008 Server those dialog windows and the executable are displayed behind the installation window and the users have to click on them to become visible. The dialogs are modal and are searching for the installation window to be their parent and the executable activate its window and sends itself to foreground. On Windows XP this problem does not happen. Can you please help me with this issue?

Re: Dialog msg and exe appear behind the installation on Vista

Hi,
The dialogs are modal and are searching for the installation window to be their parent
Please try setting each custom dialog as the foreground window, without setting the installer windows as parent. This should make Windows show your custom dialogs on top of the installation wizard. Also, please make sure that the functions you are using to set the foreground window are supported by Vista.
