Re: How to Apply Hidden Attribute to a file/folder

Hi,

In the Files and Folders page you can specify file attributes by opening the "Edit File" dialog (double-click on a file in order to open this dialog). You can also select multiple files and then select "Properties" from their context-menu in order to set attributes for all of them.

Windows Installer does not support setting folder attributes. However, this is possible using Custom Actions, which require at least a Professional project type. See the following forum threads for more details: thread 1, thread 2.

Hope this helps.
