There doesn't seem to be any way to delete the VerifyRdyDlg from the install. Am I missing something>

Please note that "VerifyReadyDlg" is a mandatory installation dialog and it cannot be removed. Can you please give me more details about why you need this? Perhaps there is a workaround.

In my case, it's just one more thing the user has to click before doing the install. There's nothing at this point, in my installation, to go back and consider before doing the install. There was a Welcome screen - Next. An EULA screen - Next. And then this "Ready to Install" screen - Next. I'd be happy to do the install after the EULA is accepted.

In an Enterprise project you can try copying the "Install" button from "VerifyReadyDlg" to "LicenseAgreementDlg". In this case you can move the original "Next" button and set its "Visible"
attribute to "False" (in the "Properties" pane from the "Dialogs" page). This way you would have the "Install" button (and all its control events) on "LicenseAgreementDlg".
