Removal of extra files

We have a problem with uninstalling some files that are renamed by our program. The file names are created through searches in the registry.

So I wonder, is there any way to remove files during uninstall that were created or renamed by the program that gets installed?

For what you need you can try using a custom action. Please note that the User Guide contains the Remove a file or a folder during installation how-to which may help you.
