Web installer cannot download cab files through proxy

Hi,
we are using AI 6.9.1 and we created a setup which downloads the msi file from an URL. Running the setup from my Home PC works fine. Installing the setup on my Office PC fails because of the proxy server I guess. The msi file is correctly downloaded but when downloading the feature cab files it gives me an error box saying the file could not be accessed. The proxy is correctly configured for the IE and system wide with the proxycfg tool. A wireshark log shows an authentication problem with the proxy server. It seems that my windows credentials are not passed to the proxy.
Do you have any additional hints how to solve this issue.

Hi Oliver,

Most likely the problem is caused by the proxy configuration you are using. The download is performed automatically by Windows Installer, so Advanced Installer cannot affect this behavior.
