MSI Version

Hello,
I generate an MSI from command line with the attribute SetVersion x.x.x.x
But when I right click-Properties on the result file, I do not see the version.
Any idea, why?

Hi,

The version is not visible because the MSI package doesn't displays this property.

The version is visible only if you create an EXE package by triggering the EXE bootstrapper option from the Media page. Also in the Bootstrapper page you can choose to leave the MSI outside the EXE package or include it within.
