PATCH Creation Error

Hi Mihai,

I have a doubt regarding Patch creation with target and updated versions,

I found one rule that is update version required all the components which target version had.

After patch build, when i am going to add new files on to the ROOT folder successfully,

ISSUE :
but there is an issue that is when i click the url application, it was unable to open or run app.

Service was an auto run perfectly, short cut of server start up perfectly, but app was unable to open or run.

I am unaware of this issue, can any one please tell me.
