On December 8th, 2008 Caphyon Ltd. announced the release of Advanced Installer 6.7.1, in Freeware, Professional, For Java and Enterprise editions. This release is available for download on the Advanced Installer website.

Advanced Installer 6.7.1 is a maintenance release delivering the following bug fixes and improvements:

Bug fixes

• "Do not register with Windows Installer" option did not work
• Crash in Maintenance mode when using an EXE bootstrapper for a multilingual package
• Crash in Custom Actions Wizard
• Error when launching a Java Product
• Crash when importing registry entries which did not have a parent key
• Editing control tab order on a dialog with a certain control configuration made the application hang
• .NET Framework Service Pack prerequisites were not detected if a higher version which included them was installed
• Current feature could not be changed from "Licensing" page
