Hashing the Non Versioned Files

Advanced Installer has the ability to compute 128-bit hashes for your non versioned files and store them inside the MSI package. Windows Installer can use file hashing to detect and avoid unnecessary file copying.

Turning on file hashing will increase build times.

You can turn the file hashing on and off in the Files and Folders page. The actual computation will be done when the MSI package is build.
