I'm sorry, I forgot to post a followup...

This problem was resolved by increasing the user's permissions for the folder.

Running an EXE after a successful update.

I need to run an exe after a successful update. I'm trying to accomplish this by using a Custom Action run during the Commit phase but can't seem to come up with an Execution Condition that will work. Can someone help me out with this? Is the Commit phase the proper place to do this?
