Adding Node to an existing xml file.

Hello,

I want to be able to add a new node to an exisitng xml file if is not present. The nodes doesn't have attributes, just a text.<namex>0</namex>. How this can be done?
Or if i need to delete multiple nodes at the install and add other ones? Is this posible?

I have a question. If I create a project with an Enterprise version and I made specific customization for dialog themes. and everything works.
Is possible to build this project from command line with a professional license installed on a computer?
