I found a solution, For x64 I changed key to SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\[Manufacturer]\[Manufacturer] MPManager 3.x

I have a question, Can I display the log of signTools in build project windows ?
I use external digital signature tool, my application (signTools.exe) write the log in the console but it wasn't display in build project windows.
