We should use .exe file only.Because we need language selection dialog box.Can you please solve my solution?

Hi Team,
Can anyone tell me why this error happening?.

Installation depends on users requirements.If they need normal installation they simply execute .EXE file.If they need silent installation they don't want UI and driver details in programs and features.So I need a .EXE file that will work for both.Finally we need if it is normal ins...
