I had to get the update out quickly, so I re-created the Advanced Installer project from scratch and it worked.

This keeps happening about once every 2 months and the project is now getting too big to recreate all the time. Even if I restore the whole setup folder from a backup, the problem still exists, so the problem is probably to do with a temporary file held somewhere.
