Problem with Shortcut Error
I have an installation that is coming up with the following error - only occurs once the application has been installed and I run the installer again - so it's when it is being uninstalled! ... I cannot find a reason for this??? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I have checked and don't have any files labeled as 'Do not overwrite existing files' - I may have had a registry key with this previously, but I deleted it. Is there any chance this could have caused it and because I deleted it before setting it back? - So the setting to force the 'executing restore...
