Hi, I am having a similar issue, but it is with the prerequisite installer window going below the advanced installer window. Is there a way to force this window to the top?

It is not acceptable that Advanced Installer can suddenly stop making the most basic part of an installation and the only solution is to wipe the drive and start over. This has been happening for years according to some of the posts in the forum. Fix it or at least warn people in your documentation ...

I am having this issue too - it's something on my work computer. I tried compiling my project at home and I have all my shortcuts. I tried reinstalling AI and that did not help either. What else should I check on my work computer to get it working again?

This may be well documented, but for some reason it stopped working. The one thing I notice is the shortcut seems to have lost the icon, even if I recreate it and make sure the icon is selected. WHY???
