One of my prerequisites is a URL Prerequisite wich open an url for the installation. The problem is that when I try to reinstall, Advanced Installer doesn't recognized that the program is already installed.

My problem here is that everytime I have to add a virtual subdirectory I have to open all directories through the path I want. The selector works well, but in my situation it's not efficient.
Creating a large site full of subdirectories is quite slow.

It would be good if I could transform a folder in a virtual directory from file system view.

I think Advanced Installer already have this feature, take some tests to confirm. Try to mark the subfolder that you don't want to remove with the "Do not overwrite existing files" in the operation tab. Maybe the removal of the file ...
I am in the situation I have a parent directory and a subdirectory.
My wish is to delete all files inside the parent directory but mantain the subdirecotry.
I can't do it with uninstall cleanup and operations on removing folders.
