No luck, I've worked with Microsoft for a workaround for hours. My open ticket with Microsoft is 120032424005803. The vendor (FDOT) that supplies the MSI's I use are seeing the same exact issue on their end after the KB hit.
It's most likely a security change blocking MSI access to shared network locations. Microsoft is still investigating it.
