If we use "Uninstall cleanup" support, does it clean the created key(s) from all users' registry or just the current user where the uninstaller is ran?

Putting Prerequisite Installer dialog on Focus
Hello,
When my installer installing is installing the prerequisite installation, the prerequisite is always in the background (attached image). Is there anyway to have the dialog on focus, in front of the main installer?
