ok that seemed to work. I had long pathnames like this CommonFilesFolder_Business_Objects_3.0_bin_p3tbtcht.dll and similar names for 2 different files CommonFilesFolder_Business_Objects_3.0_bin_p3tbtch s .dll under Organization, i changed the path name to this instead of CommonFilesFolder, changed i...

also 1 more question, this software, XYZ was originally installed via an .exe InstallSheild installer, not an .msi
Can I select the .exe install file, and not the .msi in the Upgrades page?
