Alright, I think I've managed to get most of it done, however:

Hi, If you use "File In Package" as location for your prerequisite make sure you link all additional files in "New Prerequisite->Files" tab. So after you extract the files add them to "Files" tab and point DXSETUP.exe as the primary file (executed to install DirectX). ...
