I have succeeded but i have removed custom action display message box, and added inline custom vbs script:

MsgBox "Some Msg", vbSystemModal

and now msgbox window is in front prerequisite window its not hiding.

I have added custom action message box, but when is displayed is minimised and is hard to notice that is started, is behind the prerequisites window. How can i bring to front? to be noticeable.

In this case this error was because windows have updates to be installed, today i have installed updates, and all old installers that throw errors now are working ok. So this ticked now can be closed.
