In order to pass the license expiration date parameter you have to place it right after the license ID, with the format specified in the Updater License Check article (i.e. -licenseid YourID DD/MM/YYYY).

I've tested your scenario, but I cannot reproduce the behavior. Can you tell us what is your machine software configuration (i.e. Windows version, service pack, Windows Installer version, OS language) so we can test your scenario on a similar machine?
