Hi Catalin,
I have stripped down my project to only one dialog where the issue is reproducable. I have attached the Test.aip file.
Any tips you can give me to sort this is welcome. Thanks!

When is my prerequisite installed during Install Execution Stage
Hi, I have a prerequisite that is "Feature-based". The prerequisite is installing SQL Server Express. At what exact stage of "Install Execution Stage" will this prerequisite be installed? I have some other stuff that is dependent on this prereq to have installed before executing....

At what stage is the App pool started
Hi,
I have an IIS web application with its own app pool. Both are installed by AI. At what exact stage of the Install execution stage does the app pool start and the application gets published to the IIS?

Yep, a wrapper. It eventually worked. I had to remove and reenter the upgrade code again. Not sure why. Thanks again for your help.

Actually, it removes all but one package. The last one however is an .exe so I wasn't able to add it using its msi-package to the list of upgrade codes in AI. Instead I manually entered its upgrade code. Should it be possible to remove a package if you only has its upgrade code but not the msi pacak...

Just to clarify, during rollback and "After the system has been successfully modified (commit)" I need to use action data also to access install parameters from my custom action just like in the deferred case?

If I move my custom actions to the "install Execution Stage" just before "Searches" will install parameters be available in the session object in my custom action or do I need to pass the install parameters through action data?
