Hello, I'm afraid you can not achieve what you want. Please keep in mind that on repair mode if a component key file is missing, then the related component will be reinstalled. Unfortunately, this seems to be a SignTool limitation. In that case you should manually try to sign your exe file using the MakeCat tool.
