Hi,
That is controlled from your application, not from the installer.
You need to talk with your developer(s), if you are not one of them, and see how you can limit it to one instance. This depends on
the framework used to build the application, etc...

Since version 12.3 Advanced Installer has support to append permissions on existing folder, keeping the existing permissions in place. Please check our Permissions documentation for more details.
