How to notify updates are available in my app?
I'd like to notify my users of my app that an update is available via a DispatcherTimer (checks every 60 seconds). I was able to resolve the issue using the txt file created by Update Configuration project rather than my own manually edited file.

Ok, not great news as I need a solution today.
Will other no "surface" themes work correctly? ... actually EDIT, none of your other Theme options provide for adding my company Logo so it's surface or Enterprise version which I can't afford right now.

UPDATE:
I was able to add the files manually (drag and drop) so I'm assuming that flagging VS 2019 project files as "Content" is not supported.

This issue is resolved, but I didn't consciously do anything to resolve it other than restart VS 2019.
