i know, that it isn't very important. But it could be useful, if i can generate a Releasenotes.txt or *.md from the given information in the configuration project.

Hello Sascha,
Unfortunately, generating a .TXT file is not currently possible with our "Updater" feature.
You can present the release notes to your user through the "Release Notes" tab from your "Updates Configuration Project".
I will add this on our TODO list of improvements and hopefully this will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer.
