More possibilities in merge modules
Is it possible to have following options in merge modules:
Windows and dialogs
Creating features and adding and removing components from these features

The current version of AI doesn't support dialogs in merge modules. We shall consider includind this feature in the future.
Although Windows Installer supports a UI for merge modules, it is not recommended to combine the UI and the components in the same module because it reduces flexibility.
As an alternative you can use the Dialog Repository functionality to save your custom dialogs for use in other projects:

A merge module database does not contain a feature table, therefore a merge module does not contain features. In merge modules in "Organization", in "Project definition" you can manage only the merge module's component organization.
