Add switch to updater to download updates from local net

When update is on local network, then update is run directly from that location without downloading it first.

Is it possible to add switch to force downloading even from local network?

Reason is sometimes client PC is disconnected from network (WiFi) during update process.
Old app is uninstalled and then as local network is down the new version is not installed. And the result for end user is: application is uninstalled. Then IT has to go there to install it again.
If there will be updater switch to force download even from network drive, then local PC will download install.exe first and then uninstall and install even WiFi connection is lost during update process.

Starting with version 12.4 of Advanced Installer the updater has support to download updates from the local network.
