I have some problems with my advanced installer update. i have all correct configuration about my auto updater space.
i have the advanced installler 12.1 version. I want to know if the auto updater works with all versions of win dows, i've been tried to install in windows 8.1, but it is not working.
the scheduler tasks of windows is not working good because the auto update is not installing in our computers.
someone can help me with this problem. i need to send an email for send my screenshoots.

I'm not sure why you encountered the this behavior.
In order to have a better view about this, can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation process to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate it? If it contains confidential information you can send us a small test project which reproduce this behavior.
Also, can you please give us more details about the encountered behaviour, maybe send us some printscreens in the email? Does the behaviour still persist on another Windows 8.1 machine?
