Disable certificate selection when signing is not enabled

Minor UI issue, but on the digital signature page, the selection of certificates, etc. should be disabled if the 'Enable digital Signing' is unchecked. I just wen't back and forth with a customer for a bit trying to figure out why the digital signing wasn't sticking right as I had selected the certificate and options, etc. Then I realized I hadn't checked the 'Enable' box.

Dumb thing on my part, but it would be nice if the UI notified you by disabling options until you enable signing...

I noted your request and we will consider implementing it in a future version of Advanced Installer, but for the moment there are not immediate plans. Thank you for your suggestion.
