A youtube video for registering COM assemblies

I was trying to register a COM assembly but couldn't find a video for it nor any tutorial documentation that showed me how to set VStudio options and AI options properly. I think a video is something short and quick to produce and would have saved me at least an hour of time.. Thanks.
